Gelep EuroFunding drawn up cadastral plans in order to register the property into the Land Register and renders general and specific cadastre works.
- Prepares the required documentation for: obtaining the provisional cadastral number necessary when registering the property in the Land Book system, unifying of two or more cadastral numbers, detach of a cadastral number, modifying the limits of the property, register of the new constructions build on a registered property, modifying the surface of the property;
- Renders general and specific cadastre works;
- Prepares the documentations for the definitive change of the land status from agricultural use to urban use;
- Building survey in order to register them into the Land Book.
